JTF Night Raven is a flight simulation and gaming community. We are not a venue for sharing, discussing, or handling real-world classified, controlled, or sensitive military information.

1. PROHIBITED CONTENT

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, on this website, its forums, Discord, or any related service:

• Share, upload, post, or distribute any information that is classified, controlled, or otherwise restricted under national security laws.
• Share, upload, post, or distribute any technical data, manuals, documents, or media that you are prohibited from disclosing by law, regulation, NDA, or unit policy.
• Describe, in operational detail, any current, recent, or planned real-world military operations, tactics, procedures, or capabilities that are not publicly released and widely available.
• Request that any other member provide classified, controlled, or restricted information.

2. PUBLICLY AVAILABLE INFORMATION ONLY

Any real-world references you make (doctrine, tactics, aircraft systems, etc.) must be limited to information that is already publicly available through open, lawful sources (e.g. unclassified training manuals released to the public, books, declassified documents, or official public statements).

3. MONITORING & LOGGING

You understand and agree that:

• The website, and associated services, may be monitored, logged, and archived for moderation and security purposes.
• Application data, your digital agreement to this policy, and related metadata (including IP address and timestamps) may be stored to demonstrate your acknowledgement of this policy.

4. ZERO-TOLERANCE ENFORCEMENT

If there is a reasonable belief that you have shared or attempted to share prohibited real-world classified or controlled information:

• Your account and access may be immediately suspended or permanently banned.
• Relevant logs and data may be preserved and, if appropriate, provided to competent authorities or your service/chain of command, in accordance with applicable law.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

If you currently hold, or previously held, a clearance or access to classified or controlled information, it is your responsibility to know and follow your obligations. Nothing about this website or community authorizes you to disclose anything you are not legally allowed to disclose.

6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By digitally signing below, you affirm that:

• You understand this OPSEC and classified information policy.
• You agree to abide by it at all times on this site and related services.
• You understand that violation may result in removal from the community and possible cooperation with authorities.
